Toledo police said two men were arrested after a late night plan to loot Hart Furniture safes was foiled. Russell Montfort of Anderson Indiana and Charles Powers a Hart employee were taken into custody after a bookkeeper found the store unlocked and Montfort near the safe. Hart Company officials reported two safes held about $1,000 in total.
