News from the Big Bend district reports a planned raid by Villa near the Texas border. The information was conveyed to the state department by an envoy of General Carranza.
Arrivals from Parral report 5,000 soldiers under Luis Herrera pledging allegiance to Villa, while Washington cautions of a possible raid on the Texas border near Boquillas.
