Walter B. Vincent, agent of the Ohio Equity Association, was arrested last night on charges of forging 500 names on referendum petitions against the Green workers’ compensation act. He was taken into custody, then spirited away in Cincinnati police Chief Copelan’s car to an out of county location to await a train for Columbus.
