New York July 3 At least six truck loads of fireworks bound for sale tomorrow were seized by the Street Cleaning Department after Fire Department inspectors found 300 retail stores selling unlicensed explosives. The hoarded stock will be dumped into New York Bay between the Brooklyn and Staten Island fronts as the confiscation continues.
