McCue, returned to her San Francisco home after learning he may have a wife in Cincinnati and could be temporarily insane. Bulgaria sends circular to its representatives and to the foreign ministers in Sofia asking the powers to pressure Constantinople to withdraw Turkish forces along the frontier. The Bulgarian note says it cannot be responsible if Turkey keeps its friendly attitude leading to trouble. a Turkish minister promised ambassadorial representations would be made in Constantinople to address the situation.
