Harry Probasco longtime Cincinnati lawyer and former United States District Attorney died at Scarlet Oaks Sanitarium after a stroke aggravated illness. He was 66. survived by widow Minnie Moulton Probasco and two sons Charles and William. Born May 12 1856 in Cincinnati he was active in Republican politics and led anti fraud efforts with Foraker and Noyes. Funeral set for Monday at Christ Church Glendale with burial at Spring Grove Cemetery.
