Ohio man named general superintendent of motive power

Special Dispatch to the Commercial Tribune Columbus Jan. 26 S H. S. Stiffey has been appointed general superintendent of motive power for Morgan lines in Ohio with jurisdiction over the Hocking Valley Toledo Ohio Central Kanawha Michigan and Zanesville Western Railroads. The appointment takes effect February 1 J C DeVille becomes master mechanic of the B&O at Newark and will succeed Stiffey as superior motive power of the Hocking Valley.
