Opera bookings move to Walnut Street Theater
Grand Opera House bookings for the rest of the season have been transferred to the Walnut Street Theater by the Theatrical Syndicate. Walnut bookings are canceled. The Grand Opera House will be rebuilt and continue under Rainforth and Havlin. The Butler Building repairs began yesterday and all standing walls will be inspected before reuse. E H Sothern will perform Hamlet at Music Hall this week.
