Frank E Ball a Benton Harbor barber wed Mildred Vaughan a Kentucky heiress less than a week ago at the Hotel Lake View St Joseph. The marriage drew the heiress mother’s interference and a divorce suit has been filed claiming the bride was not competent to marry. A brother arrived from the South after the wedding, and the episode has attracted considerable attention locally.
