Milwaukee December 31 Italian radical Giovanni Costello ex convict named by Eric Lundblad prisoner at Waupun Penitentiary as having possible knowledge of the Wall Street explosion that killed more than thirty and injured many. Lundblad said Costello cursed Wall Street and threatened to blow up police stations and targeted the Cambridge police station. Justice officials questioned Lundblad's credibility while noting Costello's prior Milwaukee conviction.
Boston December 31 Eric Lundblad the federal informant who named Giovanni Costello as possibly knowing about the Wall Street explosion was jailed at Massachusetts State Prison in 1916 during Costello s sentence. Warden Shattuck says Lundblad and Costello were closely paired in the yard during his term July 18 1915 to April last with only a parole break.
