Wm Hoff man, 22, was found dying in Jellison’s livery stable in Hamilton Ohio at 7 15 PM after taking poison. He was rushed to Mercy Hospital but will die within hours. Authorities say joblessness drove the attempted self harm a month earlier and again now.

Patrick Cunningham aged 65, found almost frozen in his Richmond, Kentucky room, died this morning after twenty years of solitary living in one room. He was identified as a Hindu.
Jas Haynes lies wounded with a bullet through the chin after a practical joke at Shelby street saloon. Bartender August Brown fired at a supposed woman in Haynes room, striking him. Brown was arrested. Haynes expected to recover at home.
In Omaha Nebraska John Kilcan allegedly attempted to murder his wife Stella after their separation then shot himself. The couple had separated months earlier and Stella had obtained a divorce. Kilcan reportedly refused to reconcile and died from the self-inflicted wounds.
James Winn a long time resident of Kokomo Indiana county set out with a load of wheat to town yesterday and on the way was stricken with paralysis He died before he could be taken home He was 72 years old.
A warrant had been issued for Hiram Rye of Tiffin Township for stealing a gold watch from Mrs. W Morrison. Deputy Sheriff McKee tracked him to Lewis County and captured him yesterday. Rye was jailed and will face a hearing Monday.

A December 26 blaze on the second floor of a seven story structure at 211-219 West Thirty third street caused 1500000 in damage. Fire from the air shaft rapidly engulfed the building fronting the New York Polyclinic on Thirty four Street. About fifty to sixty patients including thirteen babies were evacuated to the Delaware Hotel as police and firemen rescued all occupants.
