At a Camleton picnic near Oriole in this county Bill Pearson and George Henley fought. Charles Harvey stabbed Pearson above the eye and across the nose and body. Pearson will likely lose an eye. Harvey has not been arrested. All were intoxicated.
State Health Officer Blunt today received a report from Surgeon Turpis in Mexico City showing the yellow fever outbreak expanding in Cordova and Orizaba. All travelers from south of Mexico City bound for the United States face ten days in strict border quarantine.
