Mrs Eliza Ralston of Pittsburg died in Oil City after fourteen hours beside a railway track following a fall from the Allegheny Valley express en route to Buffalo New York She was engaged to Mason and had planned a wedding trip She was sister in law to Jennie Ralston Pee and known as a friend to Pittsburg's poor The incident occurred after she left Pittsburg on the 9 20 train and was last seen near Kittanning before the fatal accident
Dewayne Webster, once believed to be DeKalb County murderer, arrived from Chicago and was placed in Auburn jail. He denies guilt and says he was in Pittsburg seeking work. He claims the revolver was sold in Fort Wayne. A local farmer recalls seeing a tramp resembling Webster near the Webster home. Mrs. Webster collapsed into a suspected fatal stupor upon learning of the arrest.

Mr Matthew Addy died peacefully at 5 30 Sunday morning in Falmouth Heights Mass where he and his family were spending the summer He had left Cincinnati a month ago after a period of convalescence from a severe illness His wife Mrs Addy and daughters Mrs Dwight Kinney and Miss Ruth Addy were with him and will return to Cincinnati today Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
