Adele Boas, daughter of Arthur E. Boas a New York manufacturer, vanished for a brief adventure to Boston to work in a restaurant for 2.50 a week. She was found by her parents with a cut finger, disheveled clothes, and fatigue but in good health. The family physician called it a childish whim and she planned to return home.
