In Concord New Hampshire on April 6 1907 a supplemental bill in equity was filed by Mary Baker Glover Eddy and her complainants to add three trustees Archibald McLellan Henry M Baker and Josiah H Fernald as defendants in the suit for an accounting of Eddy property The court ordered all defendants to appear April 15 to answer the petition and the filing alleges a deed March 6 transferring Eddy estate to the three trustees and alleges a conspiracy to control Eddy and misappropriate funds and property.

Panic Fire at Indiana Hotel Leaves Guests in Nightwear
A blaze in the Indiana House on West Fifth Street near Elm forced sixty or more guests to flee in their night clothes after 10 PM. Fire originated in an abandoned third floor laundry, and smoke blocked quick access. Firemen confined the flames and rescued a family and two maids from the smoke filled corridors. No lives were lost, though one firefighter was injured. The alarm was later traced to a false Box 953 prank near Twelfth and Elm.
