Albany N Y October 18 The Court of Impeachment in the Sulzer trial adjourned after a secret conference to tomorrow morning The judge ordered further argument on whether Morgenthau Peck and Ryan testimony should be treated as separate acts or as bearing on other charges The court stressed the ruling was not a finding for or against Sulzer and the argument would be deliberated by counsel tomorrow.
