Steel shipments add strength to Keefer Terminal
The MV Onego Otra arrived at Keefer Terminal with 7200 metric tons of European steel railway sections for a Western Canada client. Port chief Chris Heikkinen said Keefer has expanded steel trades in recent years and the client now routes all rail through Thunder Bay. The steel rails will serve Manitoba Saskatchewan and Alberta locations. The client, who asked to remain unnamed, is pleased with port handling and switching routes.

Pride Parade Returns After Hiatus In Thunder Bay
