Thunder Bay Air Shows Face Funding and Safety Hurdles
The region prepares for a summer of aviation heritage with a Canso heritage tour across Canada and a mid July Lancaster flyover to Thunder Bay. Events at Air Bravo Aug 10 11 feature four Harvard trainers built in Thunder Bay with two flights. Funding from the Thunder Bay Community Economic Development Commission CIBC and local sponsors supports Wings of Time amid high insurance and liability costs.
