No charges laid in Manitoba bus crash
A year long probe found the bus driver clearly caused the western Manitoba crash that killed 17, but authorities said there would be no charges. RCMP and Crown said momentary inattention not enough for dangerous driving. Dashcam showed the truck had the right of way, passengers suffered severe injuries, and the driver remains unlikely to be interviewed.
