Sidney Rosengren Gilled by Death
Sidney W. Rosengren died Friday at his home after a brief illness. Born November 5 1886 in Kerkhoven Minnesota he was 35 years 11 months and 15 days old. He worked for the railroad from age 15 and later for the Great Northern Railway in Montana. He married Francis Carlson September 5 1915 and they had two children Norman August and Warfield Sydney. He belonged to several fraternal orders in Choteau and Helena and was a respected community member. Funeral services were Monday at the M E Church conducted by Rev. Harry T Stong. Burial followed in the Choteau Cemetery.

Oil Development Near Great Falls Seems Assured
Cascade County Oil and Gas plans to spud six miles northwest of Great Falls with a rig moved from the tracks to the site. Cabins and camps are up, 100 tons of coal ordered, eight teams haul a 40 horsepower boiler, and drilling gear is partly purchased for early operations on the Benton air structure.
