Helena March 20 The state's suit against former Warden Frank Conley of the Montana penitentiary is set for April 12 before Judge A J Horsky. The case seeks an accounting in equity with a jury trial not required. Amended complaint and valuation of misappropriated property to be submitted. Co counsels include Wellington D Rankin for the state and C Ti Nolan for Conley. Judge Horsky will resign from the supreme court commission April 1 to devote full time to the case.
