Under an order of sale and decree of foreclosure Capital Trust & Savings Bank sues in the Montana district court to sell the SE ¼ of Sec 15 in Twp 23 N R3 W in Teton County. Sheriff I S Martine will sell March 29 1928 at 2 p.m. at the Chateau courthouse to satisfy the judgment with interest and costs.
