State Fair joins national food training camp effort
Officials of the American Association of Fairs and Expositions offer the services of 45 big fairs to Hoover and Houston to boost food production and conservation. Leslie Anderson 21 son of Mr and Mrs Homer C Anderson resident of Spring Hill north of Bynum died at McGregor hospital after appendicitis worsened to peritonitis He was buried in Belton Missouri funeral services were held at Connor Undertaking Chapel led by Rev W E Hall He was a Missouri native who had lived in Teton County three years and was nephew of Hon W J Jones of Bynum.

Teton county shows strongest Red Cross organization in the state with chapters in Chateau Conrad Walier Cut Bank Dutton Bole and Brady. A county-wide meeting is planned tonight at the Citizens State Bank lobby to organize a big tag day to aid soldiers in the trenches. An auxiliary was formed at Dutton last Tuesday with officers Dr J A Sweat president W Wohllis vice president Olive Seline secretary Mrs Cheetham treasurer and Mrs F Smith in membership 68. Members are asked to report new members at the Montanan every Thursday.
