Adrian Johannes is ill in Kansas City attending tractor school and hopes for a speedy recovery. Mrs Conrad Smitt learned from her brother J van der Horst Bruyer that he sails from Java to San Francisco the first of the month to vacation with his sister. Mrs F Johanns and sons Henry and Harry were Sunday dinner guests of the Huidekopers. The thrift card list added the name of little Johanns Janszen. Axel Larson suffered a misfortune.

Higgins Miller Wedding Spends Noon Ceremony Near Chocteau

A wedding at the Higgins home twelve miles west of Chocteau united George Howard Higgins and Currie Adel Miller in a noon ceremony on Saturday February 2. Rev L I Haley officiated with Lawrence Jackson as best man and Ida Miller as maid of honor. A large local reception followed, and Monday evening about a hundred neighbors gathered for a dance and congratulations.
