Central Flyway waterfowl season dispute clarified
Fish and Game Director W. J. Everin explains how the Central Flyway seasons are set after states met to review field data. A recommendation to the Bureau proposed 40 days with four ducks per day and eight in possession, but the agency previously suggested 25 days two per day and four in possession, plus one mallard per day and two in possession. The bureau confirmed one mallard in the bag is not an error, and current Central Flyway season does not follow the summer recommendations.
