A dispute over ownership of Pal the collie was settled by G. E. Eakman of Great Falls after a hearing before Justice P. E. Lamere. H. Bloom of Bynum and Lakman claimed Pal, once listed in pedigreed dogs, with the dog placed in Dr. B. O. Fisher’s custody pending outcome. Each claimant deposited six dollars for care costs.
