The Teton Bulldogs edged St. Mary's Mustangs 14 to 13 in a windy hard fought game. Black opened scoring with a 30 yard TD run followed by Mozer extra point as Teton led 7 0 at half. St. Mary's rallied late with two touchdowns and Gay extra point to pull ahead 13 14 before Mansfield's 50 yard run set up the final minutes.

Growers Here Swell Chorus in Favor of U. S. Corn Hog Program
In a Montana corn hog referendum 42 of 79 signers in Teton county voted with all in favor of continuing the control program. Statewide unofficial returns show 2,224 for and 131 against the plan across 52 counties. Contract signers favored 1,793 to 85. nonsigners 431 to 46. National results also leaned favorable.

Great Falls and Dutton Cars Collide Saturday Eve
Four Great Falls men were injured two seriously and two shaken in a Vaughn road crash five miles west of the city at 6 45 Saturday evening. Edwin Jesse and Louise Antonich suffered severe scalp wounds and were hospitalized in Columbus. Merton H Shaffer and K J Black had head and shoulder injuries with Shaffer possibly serious pending x rays. Michael Hook Furlong was treated and discharged after bruising. George Bross had minor injuries and was discharged. Black drove the car from Great Falls. Burns of Dutton drove west and collided when passing a stalled car. The crash was investigated by state patrol and sheriff deputies.

Armistice Day Program In Course Of Preparation
A patriotic play America Remembers will be staged on Armistice Day by Cho teau grade school pupils under Miss Ruby Miller and Miss Janet Aldrich with aid from Choteau Post No 6 and local bands. Quarters of the wheat allotment committee at the courthouse have been upgraded with new fixtures. Red Cross moves to improved quarters on the ground floor. Talented Youth Gustave Hirshberg Dies in Minneapolis
Gustave Hirshberg 23 son of Mr and Mrs George Hirshberg died in Minneapolis from a brain tumor. He was born and raised in Conrad, later moving to Minneapolis where he attended the University of Minnesota. An accomplished pianist and former contributor to public address events, he was an only child.

Mercury Misses 15 Year October Record By One Degree
A West region blizzard cut temperatures to nine below zero Tuesday night, nearly matching the 1925 October low of ten below but failing to beat the 1920 record. Snow was light, while transportation faced brief disruptions as a bus’s cooling system froze and was towed for a short distance. The official minimum last night dropped to seven below.

Gun Found in Reservoir Recall Drowning of 1924 Boat Incident
In the Bynum reservoir a 32-20 Savage rifle was found in mud near the north east shore. It may have come from a boat that capsized on November 25, 1924, killing Theodore Ellis of Great Falls. his companion survived. The gun was preserved and may be made to shoot again.
