Miss Agnes Pauline county nurse narrowly escaped injury when her Plymouth slid on slippery snow near Flume and went off the grade into a ditch. Two children and the father of one of the children, Mr Harris of Agawam, rode along. all were unhurt. The car was towed to town and driven to Helena for medical consultation.

New Elk Closing Date Clarified for Teton County
State fish and game commission announced that only the north fork of Sun River drainage in Teton county closes to elk hunting after November 6. Hunters may hunt on November 5 but not after. Deep Creek and Teton drainage remain open to December 1 to protect winter forage as cattle are barred from the range postseason. The west side of the north fork lies within a game preserve.

Charles Proff of Dutton was named president of the Teton County Wheat Production Control association formed to manage the wheat allotment plan. W G Dauwalder of Bole became vice president with M B Bolland as treasurer and Robert Clarkson as secretary.
