The county clerk announces official ballots have been printed numbered and delivered to George Carroll. A total of 3042 ballots plus 125 public information ballots and 400 sample ballots support five parties with a constitutional amendment question and additional minor ballots. A benefit dance at the Chateau drew 800 to 1000 people with a Ford V-8 door prize won by JL Aiey of Whitefish. Miss Jane Chandler led ticket sales with 210 tickets. second place went to Miss Charlotte Looney. Proceeds fund Lions welfare work. 51 Carloads Livestock Shipped from Here Tuesday
A major livestock shipment left Teton county on Tuesday as 51 cars went out over the Great Northern. Pendroy, Bynum, and Choteau supplied 11, 24, and 16 cars respectively, carrying 26 carloads of sheep and 25 of cattle. Shippers include Phil J. Cole and Frank Salmond with others. cattle went to Chicago, Sioux City, and feed routes, and a newborn daughter was born to Mr and Mrs Albert Dolalie of Farmington.
