First Annual Teton County Corn and Potato Show Opens Strong
The First Annual Teton County Corn and Potato show opened at 10 AM Saturday drawing many visitors. A total of 128 entries across corn and potato classes were judged by Supt. Morgan of Fort Assiniboine. Winners include Dent, White Flint, Yellow Flint, Mixed Flint, Six ears and dent, Longest six ears, Popcorn, Sweet corn, Single ear flint, and Potatoes with champions from Dutton, Farmington, Choteau, Power, Collins, and other towns. Community points tallied Chateau 18, Dutton 27, Power 8, Farmington 12, Collins 8, Bynum 4, Pendroy 1, Bole 5, Fairfield 1.

Stockmen to Meet With Dr Welch at County Office

The Women’s Club met at the Oulton home with 25 members present. After a brief business session, program head Mrs. Saylor led a discussion on Modern American Fiction, followed by Miss Ivah Stout’s talk and Mrs. Rhoads’ resume on The Bent Twig. A card party is planned for Friday Nov 16 at the Beaupre hotel. The club also promotes a New Year Leap Year dance and announces a pay shelf at the library with a six month membership and seven day lending. Books on the pay shelf include A Lost Lady and The Bent Twig among others.

Teton High Notes and Honors Society Charter Arrival
The first quarter exams were given on Thursday and Friday. The charter for the Honor Society has arrived. Teton’s final football game of the season will be at Fort Benton next Saturday, November 10. Friday night the sophomores hosted a masquerade dance for students and staff. Stubbs Saterlie dressed as Prof Williamson won the gent's prize and Grace Talifson dressed as a hobo won the lady's prize. The manual training department has installed a new bulletin board in the main hall.
