The third annual Parents Appreciation Night banquet honoring this year's Chateau Bulldog football team coaches and cheerleaders will be held Thursday Nov 13 at 6 30 p m at the United Methodist Church. Woodahl Urges Voter Decision on Raffles and Bingo

George Irwin Henderson 66 died of a heart attack at home. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. at United Methodist Church in Chateau. Henderson, born June 20 1903 in Maple Creek Saskatchewan, lived in Choteau since 1949 and served on the city council 1953–1965. He leaves Edna G. Ellis Henderson, two daughters, six grandchildren and several siblings. Interment in Chateau Cemetery. Banks Funeral Home in charge.

More than 75 4 H club members and the Fairfield Little Theatre Group will perform in a county wide talent show titled chautauqua Friday at 7 p m in the Chateau High School auditorium. Kalispell Marine dies in Vietnam on patrol
Lance Cpl. Timothy Charles Robinson, 19, of Kalispell, son of Mr and Mrs Andrew Robinson, was killed in Vietnam on October 22 while on patrol with a First Marine Division unit. He was born May 12, 1950 in Great Falls and graduated from Flathead County High School in 1968. Funeral arrangements are pending arrival of the body. He leaves two brothers and sisters and several relatives listed in Kalispell and nearby towns.

Montana Beef Sold to Chile From Fairfield Ranch
The Sunny Slope Polled Hereford Ranch in Fairfield sold 11 registered bull calves and four registered heifers to Chile. Cattle shipped by truck to Oklahoma then to Wichita Falls and flown to Puenta Arenas, Chile. Chile plans to buy 50 000 head over 10 years, with Montana likely to supply many. Commercial heifers weighed 300 to 350 pounds and sold by the head at 40 to 48 cents per pound.
