The plaintiff seeks judgment on promissory notes and foreclosure of mortgage on land in Township 24 North Range 6 West including the west half of SW quarter, SE quarter of SW quarter, and SE quarter of SE quarter of sections 25 and 26, with sale of the premises to satisfy the debt. Court clerk’s stamp dates the notice May 11, 1918.
