Teton County Board Grants Crutcher Electric Railway Franchise
The Teton county board grants Ernest Crutcher of Great Falls and associates a forty year franchise to lay and operate an electric railway along county roads from Chateau to the county boundaries. The resolution allows power and telegraph lines, requires construction within set timelines, and sets safety and maintenance duties while preserving public road use. Adjourned after license for a retail liquor dealer in Bynum was granted and the special session closed.
