The final yearly meeting of the Parent Teachers association was held with the Woman’s club. Highlights included the Glee club performance, a state convention review, officer elections, and plans to convert town lots into gardens with ten acres set aside. Spaulding Promoted to Captain in Montana National Guard
T. C. Spaulding, first lieutenant in the Montana national guard and a faculty member at Montana State University school of forestry, has been promoted to captain of Company K. He commands guards for 80 miles of the Northern Pacific and Milwaukee railroad track and buildings somewhere in Montana with headquarters in Bozeman.
