County Board Adopts Park to Park Road Plan in 1912 Montana
In a special session on March 9 1912 Cascade County Montana commissioners designate a route for the Park to Park road from the Choteau area through Bynum Dupuyer to Birch Creek crossing near Simms. They agree to share bridge costs with the federal government and approve cemetery trustee changes and a courthouse woodwork bid. The session adjourns to March 10 with a full day of financial and road business to continue March 12 if needed.

The Montana railways publish a one and one third fare round trip to Livingston for the May 16 state convention. Delegates must buy round trip tickets. sale dates are May 11 and 16 with return by May 17, 1912. Off line riders should ticket to the nearest junction. This ends the certificate plan for the meeting.

Montana electors will vote next fall on direct primary law corrupt practice act presidential preference primary and senatorial act binding legislators to follow voter wishes. Governor Norris proclaims petitions filed and instructs counties to publish weekly for four weeks at county expense.
