Teton will travel to Boulder for the final debate between the northern and southern districts on April 15. Jefferson county, southern district champions, defeated Helena Broadwater and Janite and will square off against Teton who will argue the negative. Supreme Court reverses district ruling on Hobbins will
State supreme court on March 27 reversed the Teton county district court decision, upholding the will of the late John Robbins. The will leaves all property to Matilda Tremblay known as Sister Mary Julian. Mary G. Rowe sister of Hobbins contested the will and the case had drawn interest after a prior jury verdict in her favor.

Trout Fry for Local Streams Distributed by State Warden
W. J. Dorrington, state name warden for the fifteenth district, oversaw a shipment of 100 000 trout fry from the Anaconda hatchery delivered to Collins for northern Montana streams. Twenty thousand were planted in Deep Creek, with the remainder released in Batule Creek, the Teton, Sprague Creek and other streams. The fry are expected to reach five inches in twelve months and mature in a year for pan use.
