In Teton county Montana the District Court orders all interested parties to appear on April 1 1912 to show cause why the estate of Joseph I Bean should not mortgage real property described as Lot 4 Sec 18 and other sections totaling about 638.05 acres in two townships to secure a 3000 dollar loan.
