Split Rock Pete Dies in Runaway Accident on Ranch
Peter Ilvisaker known as Split Rock Pete was killed in a runaway while feeding cattle on his Split Rock lake area ranch near the Pishkun reservoir. His body, found partially buried in snow, showed no external injuries but limbs were frozen. Coroner and sheriff investigated. shipment to sister in Stoughton Wisconsin arranged.
