Rev Harold Engdahl Named New Pastor at First Methodist

The 1946 model hospital Ford car will be awarded at 11 o'clock Thursday night July Fourth at the rodeo dance in the pavilion. Three judges will pick a member of the alliance. the winner will be blindfolded and select the winner from a cage. If absent, notification will be sent by the hospital association. The maroon 2-door Ford V-8 was shipped from Detroit and has been shown in Augusta Great Falls and other towns.

Funeral Services For 102-Year-Old Helen Seekins Held In Sunburst
Funeral services were conducted at the Sunburst Methodist church for Helen R. Seekins 102 longtime Montana resident known as Grandma Seekins. She was born November 22 1843 in Caledonia New York married 1863 to Andrew Seekins and later moved west homesteading near Sunburst. She is survived by six children a stepdaughter 27 grandchildren 47 great grandchildren and 19 great great grandchildren.
