County Board Proceedings Opened In 1935 Session
The June 3 1935 regular meeting of the Teton county board of commissioners approved May minutes and heard requests from the Montana Tuberculosis association for nurse services, authorized medical care in Halvor Hanson case, and agreed to cover mileage for a 4 H home service officer. The day included road work discussions and claims audits amid adjournments until June 6.

Foreclosure summons in Montana case 1935
A. L. Goodkind sues Martha Ornstein Montana Pacific Oil Co M J Quealy and Genoa Oils & Gas Co seeking foreclosure of two mortgages on land in Teton County Montana. The summons requires defendants to answer within twenty days and notes a May 21 1918 hearing date and a July 1 1929 mortgage with balances and costs. Court clerk Frances Rosengren signs the notice with deputy Meda McLean and attorney Edward Horsky of Helena. First pub May 30 and last June 20.
