County Board Proceedings Report May 7 1928 Chateau
The Mont. board of county commissioners met in regular session with W. D. Jones, Donald Kerr, Algon Udin, and the clerk present. They canceled taxes on lots 1–4 in section 1 township 21N range 5W for 1922–1927 due to an erroneous patent on lands under a reclamation project. They reviewed claims, discussed a Bannatyne crossing bridge project, and considered a county free library petition. They disallowed a smallpox care claim exceeding contract terms and appointed viewers on road petitions.
