City of Choteau to cooperate with Teton Sportsmen's Association and Chamber of Commerce to sponsor and enforce rules for a kid's fishing area along Spring Creek if landowners sign up. State Fish and Game requires a signed sponsor for creek lake ponds classified as kid's fishing areas. Council to obtain engineer cost report and discuss flood protection on east side of Teton river. Police Court Fines From Great Falls and Calgary

Police Court records show Bill Gunn of Great Falls paid a $5 fine for careless driving on June 4 in Judge Sulgrove's court. Albert Sherman of Calgary forfeited $25 on May 23 in Judge Irwin's court for reckless driving. Gerald E. Fornall of Fairfield paid $10 for lacking a license and $75 for reckless driving causing an accident.
