Professor Keyes of Great Falls will direct the presentation of the Messiah on Thursday evening June 19 at the high school auditorium. About 30 voices from various points will perform with weeks of rehearsals already underway. Tickets at Rexall Drug Store: 1.00 for adults and 0.75 for students, with exchange for reserved seats possible.

Dorothy Willis 15 daughter of Mrs. J W Willis died at home last Monday after a two week rheumatic fever illness. Born April 15 1908 at Verdinal Idaho she lived in Chateau seven years and attended Teton high School as a sophomore. Survived by mother four sisters Esther Taylor Kathryn Senecal Louise Evelyn and three brothers Robert William Harvey. Burial in Chateau cemetery following services at the M E church conducted by Rev Culbertson.

80 Percent Of 1923 Taxes Paid In Full
The final day for the second installment payment shows near 80 percent of the 1923 tax charge paid. The total tax amount was $370,887.49 with $298,440.82 paid to the treasurer. $9,141.17 is held in protest and undistributed taxes.
