Art Wong state director for the Crusade for Freedom spoke to the Farmington unit Friday January 14 about European broadcasts and the Red corridor to Berlin. Eddie Howard county chairman urged prompt return of contribution cards as March of Dimes funds could aid more than 31,000 Montana youngsters if polio vaccine proves successful next spring. Julius Hilgard outlined national stockpiling of nine million dollars and eligibility for groups from vaccine trials to first and second graders. The hospital report showed 941 admissions in 1954, 4406 days of care, 12 beds occupied, 137 births, 402 outpatients, and 87 227 capital income with expenses around 86 275. A balance sheet favored the hospital with dues and debts improving.
