Old Settlers Gather in Teton for Long Forty-Eight Hour Reunion
The thirteenth annual gathering of Teton's Oldest Settlers met at Woodmen hall on a Friday night with 160 members present. A Grand March opened festivities led by Billy Cook and Jennie M. Green, followed by a midnight supper, musical performances, and reminiscences of early county history. Officers were elected and a paper on Teton history was read by James Sulgrove detailing explorations from 1803 Louisiana Purchase through county formation in 1893.

Corn Meetings Draw Strong Attendance In Power Areas

District Court Adjourns After Busy Session
The district court adjourned after a session heavy with liquor cases and civil actions. Verdicts awarded: A W Springhorn won $1100 against Wm Johnson. The Fort Benton boys beat our team 18 to 11. Sophomore and junior girls won 7 to 6 over freshmen and seniors.
