VFW Donates 600 From Turkey Shoot To Hospital
Veterans of Foreign Wars post of Chateau with Dr. H W Bateman presented the Teton Memorial Hospital association 600 the total proceeds of a turkey shoot at the golf course hill on Sunday. Fifty turkeys donated by Dr Bateman were sold along with a bingo game in Legion hall. Dutton and Conrad marksmen aided the event and VFW plans a permanent trap and gun club linked to the golf club with traps to be secured from Dutton.

No Car Plates For Next Year Says Treasurer
Teton county motorists will use windshield stickers instead of metal plates in 1947 due to metal shortages. Old 1946 plates must still be used with stickers or carried on the rear. sticker numbers may differ from 1946 plates. A two-number record will be kept by the county treasurer.
