Thomas James Cheetham a Dutton hardware dealer and civic leader died Friday in Phoenix Arizona at 75. Funeral services were Monday at the Dutton Methodist church with burial in Datton cemetery. Survived by Mazie widow a daughter Beth Eich er St Louis Mo a son James four grandchildren two brothers Charles Washington and C Dutton two sisters Ray Smith Bellingham and Nettie Wheeler Seattle.

Rev. A Bernard Gravdal of Trinity Lutheran officiated the funeral for Charles L Dehn 69 of Power at Great Falls on Wednesday. Dehn died in a Great Falls hospital after a short illness born Casselton North Dakota June 19 1885 he moved to Power about 20 years ago and ran a business. Surviving are his wife Annetta one son James A Fairfield one daughter Mrs Arthur Dehlman Power six brothers two sisters and five grandchildren. Burial was in Highland cemetery.

Jimmy Connole Rescues Girl from Icy Water
Connie Poore daughter of Mr and Mrs John Poore of this city was pulled from icy waters of a pond southwest of Chateau Friday night by Jimmy Connole. She broke through thin ice while skating. Jimmy son of Mr and Mrs Warren Connole used scouting knowledge to rescue the Poore girl. The pond is used by Chateau's younger set and owned by Jake Van Brunt.
