Last Rites for Augusta Lady Held Today
Funeral services were held for Elizabeth Wearley 83 at St Matthias Church in Augusta with burial in Augusta cemetery. A coroner’s jury found the car driver not at fault, declaring the accident unavoidable. She was born in Winnipeg March 4, 1874 and lived in Box Elder, Havre, Sweet Grass Hills, Chateau, then Augusta. Survived by two daughters, a son, 17 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great er greatest grandchildren.
