Teton County Approves Pendroy Lighting District Plan
The August 1961 Teton County board approves Special Improvement District No. 5 for Pendroy street lighting. A levy of 173.25 dollars funds 1961 62 operations and a Sun River Electric Cooperative contract governs installation, maintenance, and power supply for seven 175 watt luminaires.

Pendroy Town Board approves 15 mill levy for SID No.5
The Pendroy Town Board, led by Chairman Homer Rowland, voted to levy 15 mills on the taxable value within the Pendroy town site for Special Improvement District No. 5 and instructed the clerk to notify the county offices.
