Choteau Cubs traveled to Fairfield Sunday for a rematch with the Irrigators and won 5 to 2. Kenyon would have a no hit, no run game if not for two unearned runs in the sixth. Fairfield batters fanned the rest of the way. Cubs players Guthrie Kenyon, Frieze and Connor led the effort with strong fielding and pitching. About fifty fans attended and cheered the Chateau squad.

Thieves Hit Several Garages For Four Tires
Early Saturday thieves entered garages owned by E. J. Hirshberg Arthur Hirshberg and Dr H J McGregor and stole four automobile tires and rims. Only extra tires were taken and a padlock on James Robison’s garage was broken but no loot was found. The thieves appeared after large tires and left in a hurry as they did not remove tires from the wheely.
